|1. Which orders qualify for free shipping?
All domestic wig orders over $90 will be shipped free of charge. International orders will be charged according to the carrier's costs.
2. How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Orders will be typically processed the same day if completed by 3 PM EST on a weekday. Orders after 3 PM EST or on a weekend will be processed the next business day.
3. How long will it take to receive my order of an in-stock wig?
In-stock wigs will typically be shipped the next business day after processing. Normal shipping times are 3 - 5 days for domestic orders.
4. Do you ship to P. O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses?
No, we do not ship to P. O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
5. Are there any shipping restrictions that I should know about?
Beauty By Meka cannot ship liquid hair adhesives outside of the country.
6. How long do custom wigs take to ship?
Custom wigs orders typically take 20 - 25 days to prepare.
7. Can I get rush delivery on a custom wig?
Yes, for an additional charge we can ship in 10 - 15 days.
8. What extra charges are there for International orders?
The customer is solely responsible for taxes, duties, and other charges that may be due to customs in their home country.

10. What shipping methods are available?
Domestically we use USPS and UPS.
11. Is it safe to use my credit card / debit card to order?
Yes, we use PayPal to secure your sensitive financial information. None of your financial information is stored on our site.
12. How long does International shipping take?
International shipping can vary based on region or country. Usually it takes 7 - 10 days.
13. Can I ship an order to an address that isn't my billing address?
We reserve the right to ship to the billing address if the shipping address cannot be verified.
14. Will I receive tracking information for my order?
You will be sent a tracking number via email after your order has been shipped.
